you do not have to have a site to join, but you do
have to have a place (a message board and/or forum)
which you visit frequently where you can post a link to
this site.
if you have a site, you must have a clique ku banner
displayed on its index page and/or clique page within
24 hours of joining.
if you have already joined and are going to be mov-
ing your site, e-mail me and let me know.
